Grupo Ideias Dinâmicas SGPS (ID Group) operates in the ICT sector through the Ideias Dinâmicas Tecnologias SGPS (ID Tech) sub-holding and its subsidiaries, providing auditing and consulting services, software factory, systems integration, software implementation own vertical and manufacturer solutions. In the context of the group, our software factory supports the development of proprietary products and develops customized solutions for customers in open source technologies and manufacturers. Having, this team, the responsibility to maintain and to develop the intellectual property created by the companies of the group. This portfolio includes KHIS-Healthcare Information System, user-centered and intuitive patient-centered clinical and hospital management software, intuitive and easy to use by healthcare professionals, and can integrate with HL7 with third-party solutions. One of the differentiators of the solution is a specific version KHIS-Continuum Care Units and KHIS modules for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (MFR), Work Accidents, Health Plan Management and a Business Intelligence component that can be applied to other HIS for the calculation of productivity, production costs and operating margins. Within the Laboratories, the KLIMS-Laboratory Information Management System is a horizontal solution for any sector of activity and supports the sample lifecycle management, from the planning of its collection to the emission of the analysis report, facilitating the maintenance of the certifications ISO17025 and ISO15189. The solution contributes to laboratory automation and direct integration with bench and field equipment.

Currently, it is developing two disruptive solutions with the support of the P2020. The first one focuses on the social domain with an ecosystem of applications that fully support the management of social action programs, active aging and social assistance (SOCIAL). And the second solution, called the Water Wise System, aims to manage and control a water supply network at the lowest energy cost and with the highest possible operational efficiency. In the present case, we are working on frameworks for the mass processing of events in real time and on the convergence of the analytic and predictive vectors with machine learning and artificial intelligence, to allow an understanding of the options that arise at a given moment: Situation Management.

As a highlight of 2017, we refer to the entry into production, in a large international Customer, of the CSS-Customer Smart Service solution - a unified desktop for utility companies that implements a 360 ° vision and guides the execution of the relationship processes with the client, to the sequence of activities of the processes. This ensures compliance with business rules and the simplification and simultaneous use of different systems - on a single screen, it reduces the errors and the times of attendance and training of the operators. It is with this same approach that we have been developing the SmartBank solution to support the digitization of bank branches, optimizing and simplifying the customer experience.

Enterprise management solutions are one of the core areas of the group. Both at the backoffice level - using ERP modules - and in vertical solutions, especially SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities). In this area, we highlight the experience in SAP's new technologies, whether in the migration to S / 4HANA or in projects based on innovative cloud solutions. Success Factors, Digital Boardroom, Leonardo (IoT and Smart Cities) or the development of portals and mobile applications in Fiori, in a context of all-american relationship with customers using the Multichannel Foundation for Utilities. In the case of the utilities sector, the group is a 'one stop shop', with an architecture that formalizes the bridge between the management of the network and the business (OT-Operational Technologies / IT-Information Technologies), in particular, with several experiences organizational transformation and knowledge transfer - whether in ongoing auditing for fraud reduction or in on-the-job training of Customer's teams. Thus, process maturity increases and organizational efficiency levels in key business indicators improve.

The ID Tech Group is currently one of the leading implementers of SAP® solutions in the African market, with more than 100 SAP consultants with solid knowledge and extensive project experience. We have served more than 50 customers in many industries and completed, since 2008, more than 20 new SAP® implementations. The group operates SAP® Application Support Centers and Data Centers in Africa, with customer proximity a critical success factor.
