Erica Gadsby
Erica Gadsby is a Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Health Services Studies, which is a research unit within the University of Kent’s School for Social Policy, Sociology and Social Research. She has more than 15 years’ experience in a wide range of health policy and systems research, public health research, and evaluations of complex health and social care interventions. She is part of the European Commission funded SUSTAIN consortium, which is working to improve established integrated care initiatives for older people living at home with multiple health and social care needs, ensuring they are person-centred, prevention oriented, efficient, resilient to crises, safe and sustainable. Erica has a particular interest in using participatory approaches and systems tools throughout her work to help understand challenging situations and to help develop strategic improvements.
