Michele is Policy and Communications Manager at EHMA, the European Health Management Association. At EHMA, he coordinates communication and outreach efforts of the Association, alongside EHMA’s Special Interest Groups’ programme and the dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities for EU funded projects. EHMA is currently involved as Communication and Dissemination leader for three projects: SUSTAIN, focused on integrated care improvement projects; To-Reach, aimed at setting up a joint European research programme on health services and systems research; and IC-Health, a two-years H2020 project with the objective of improving digital health literacy in Europe through co-created MOOCs.
Before joining EHMA in January 2016, Michele worked at the European Commission Representation in Malta as European Semester Officer assistant. Michele is also Member of the Vaccines Committee of the European Health Parliament, a platform of 55 young professionals and students with the goal of shaping the future of healthcare in Europe. Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in European Studies and International relations (University of Turin, Italy).
