Xavier Meert is deputy CEO and CFO of CHC, an hospital group of 6 hospitals and 8 rest homes.
After 6 years with JP. Morgan in Brussels (Euroclear), he joined the hospital of Saint-Joseph in Liège. Since 1991, he has participated to several mergers of private hospitals in the area of Liège. CHC is now the biggest health care private group in Liège with 1,044 acute beds and 707 rest home beds.
Xavier Meert is one of the major actors of the financing of the new hospital “Clinique du Montlegia”, merger of three campus of CHC, expected to open 2019 T4.
He is member of the Board of Directors of UNESSA (hospital private federation).
He has a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Louvain School of Management - Université Catholique de Louvain (“UCL”). He has participated to an exchange program of 2nd year of MBA in University of Western Ontario, Canada. He has also a Master in Hospital Management (UCL).
