Invited Professor of Health Law, Biolaw and Bioethics at NOVA National School of Public Health. PhD in Biochemistry, has done biomedical research for over ten years. Graduated in Law, for the last years has focused on the interface between Health, Science, Technology, Law and Ethics and is actively involved in researching and teaching in the areas of Digital Health, Precision Medicine and Public Health, while also practicing law as a Health lawyer.
