Sponsored Symposia
Sponsored Symposium | Cost: 10.000€
Organisation of the sponsored symposia and distribution of time slots are the responsibility of the Local Organising Committee. Title and programme of the sponsored symposia will be determined by the sponsor and submitted to the Scientific Programme Committee for approval. Sponsored symposium will take place on site at the congress venue of EAHM 2018 and the following services are included:
- Complimentary use of a standard meeting room
- A 60 minute dedicated session time included in the congress programme
- Standard audio-visual facilities, staging and lighting
- Inclusion of company name, logo and link in the congress website
- Recognition as a Symposium Sponsor in official publications
- Use of the EAHM 2018 logo on the invitations
- Insert of one complimentary invitation per symposium in the delegate bag
- Banner display outside of the symposium room and in the registration area
- Full page colour advert in the congress programme
- Inclusion of the symposium in a dedicated EAHM 2018 session announcement email
- Catering is not included
- 23% VAT must be added to price mentioned
Breakfast Symposium | Cost: 7.500€
Breakfast symposium will take place on site at the congress venue of EAHM 2018 and the following services are included:
- Complimentary use of a standard meeting room
- A 45 minute dedicated session time included in the congress programme
- Standard audio-visual facilities, staging and lighting
- Inclusion of company name, logo and link in the congress website
- Recognition as a Breakfast Symposium Sponsor in official publications
- Use of the EAHM 2018 logo on the invitations
- Insert of one complimentary invitation per symposium in the delegate bag
- Banner display outside of the Breakfast Symposium room and in the registration area
- Half page colour advert in the congress programme
- Inclusion of the symposium in a dedicated EAHM 2018 session announcement email
- Catering is not included
