Congress Exhibition
The EAHM 2018 exhibition is an excellent opportunity to present products and services and to create and strengthen business relations with participants..
The exhibition area will be centrally located in the main foyer of the Estoril Congress Centre, ensuring maximum interaction with the congress delegates. Social events, including the Welcome Reception, refreshment breaks and lunches will be held in this area offering attendees and exhibitors the chance to develop new contacts.
Exhibition space is charged per square metre and can be booked as an all-inclusive Shell Scheme package – a pre-built stand with basic furniture, lighting and power – or as Space Only. Space allocation will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. The Exhibition Booking Form and Contract should be signed and sent/emailed to ensure reservation of the desired location.
The Exhibitors’ Technical Manual, outlining all technical aspects of the exhibition, will be provided in due time.
All exhibitors will be included within the Exhibition Catalogue, website and mobile app.
