Daniele Mascia
Daniele Mascia (PhD) is Associate Professor of Management and Organizations at the University of Bologna. Prior to Bologna, he was on the faculty at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. In the past, he has held a number of visiting fellowships at various academic institutions among which The University of Sydney Business School, the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Stockholm), the Chalmers University of Technology (Gothenburg), and the University of Lugano USI. In 2017, he was appointed Honorary Adjunct Professor at the University of Technology Sydney. For his research, Prof. Mascia received a number of awards and distinctions from, among others, the Academy of Management. He is on the editorial board for the Health Care Management Review journal. He is evaluator of research projects and individual profiles on behalf of the Italian Ministry of Research and Education, the Swiss National Foundation for Scientific Research and the Netherlands Organisation for Health Research and Development. Prof. Mascia has been advisor of public and private organizations in the health sector (hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers).
