Francisco Nuno Rocha Gonçalves, is an economist and manager specialized in the management and economics of healthcare. Since 2011, he has been an executive member of the Board of Directors of the Portuguese Institute of Oncology (IPO-Porto) with responsibilities in several areas of hospital management - finance, patient management, IT, management control, etc. areas of value-and a special interest at developing the areas of value based healthcare and outcomes management. Has professional experience as a consultant and trainer in economics, in health management and in the evaluation of health technologies / pharmacoeconomics. In the academic field, he has currently teaching appointments at the University of Porto and at the University of Lisbon.
