Lorcan has worked in the Irish acute hospital sector for over 35 years 17 of which have been at Chief Executive level. He is currently Chief Executive of Irelands largest acute hospital St James’s Hospital in Dublin. Lorcan holds a BA (Hons) in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and an M.Sc. in Healthcare Management. Lorcan is currently vice President of the Health Management Institute in Ireland.
