Matt’s career started out in 1990 in the Royal Navy where he honed his leadership and his operational capabilities, which has enabled him in the past 18 years to successfully fulfil leading roles in different industry sectors: spanning life sciences, medical devices, Healthcare, IT and diagnostics. Holding Senior positions for PerkinElmer, HCL technologies, GE Healthcare and Abbott Diagnostics, he gained experience in large scale IT change programs, Mergers & Acquisitions, manufacturing and R&D.
His passion is simplification of business processes and creating an environment for people to grow.
