Ricardo is currently Manager of the Business Consulting practice for the healthcare sector with responsibility for the Operational Optimization arm. Over the past 6 years Ricardo developed his expertise around the design and implementation of analytics based solutions, namely in the Operational Theatre and Human Resources planning and scheduling, as well as inventory management optimisation. Ricardo implemented several decision support solutions in healthcare institutions, improving efficiency and driving their transformation to a culture of data-enabled decision-making.
Ricardo has further experience in Operations Management and Advanced Analytics and an academic background in Industrial Engineering and Business Management.
